Texting in RingCentral

  1. Navigate to aurorauniversity.okta.com and sign in to Okta.
  2. Select the RingCentral app from the Okta dashboard.
  3. Click the App Launcher in the upper right corner, then select the RingCentral App.
  4. Select the Text option from the left side of the screen. To compose a new text message, select the conversation bubble with a plus sign.

  5. Enter the phone numbers of the recipients you want to text (up to 10), and click Next. To group all conversations together, check the Create group text box. To keep conversations separate, leave the box unchecked.

  6. Type your message in the Send text message field, then click Next to open the conversation.

  7. Click the paper airplane icon to Send.
