Silence Incoming Calls on the RingCentral Mobile Application
Navigate to the RingCentral application
On the top left-hand side of your screen select the bubble shown with either your initials or an imported photo
Next select “Phone” found in the middle of your screen
After “Phone” is selected please toggle the radio button that states “Silence Incoming Calls” This will turn off incoming calls coming to your cell phone. Your desk phone will continue to ring as usual. In order to turn your ringer back on you will have to repeat this process and toggle the radio button off.
