- Navigate to https://www.ringcentral.com/apps/rc-app
- Select “Get for Windows” or, if you are using a mac please select the dropdown.
- Select “Sign in”
- Select “Single Sign-on” and type in your Aurora University email address and select submit
- You will then be prompted to log in using your Okta username and password.
- The application will then begin to download, once it is complete please open the file to begin the install
- Once the installation is complete, select “Sign in”
- Select “Single Sign-on”
- Type in your Aurora University email address
- You will then be brought to this page, log in once more
