Submitting Midterm & Final Grades

  1. Sign in to Okta at aurorauniversity.okta.com.
  2. Launch the Self-Service app from the Okta dashboard.
  3. Select the Faculty category.

  4. Select the course to submit grades.

  5. Click the Grading tab. Then select Midterm Grade or Final Grade.
  6. Assign a Final Grade or Midterm Grade for each student on the roster.
    • If the student never attended, select Never Attended.
    • For students with an approved or pending Incomplete or X Grade, leave the Final Grade at Select Grade.
  7. When you are ready to submit grades, click Post Grades. (Note: The “Post Grades” button only appears for Final Grades, not Midterm Grades.)

  8. Select Post Grades on the confirmation page. You can select Cancel if you need to review your grades. The “Post Grades” button only appears for Final Grades, not Midterm Grades.

  9. Check your email for confirmation.
