Enable Text Message Password Reset

Getting Started

Before you can enable text message password resets, you need active access to your AU account. If you are unable to access your account due to a password issue, refer to the How Do I Reset My Password? guide for detailed instructions.

If you are locked out of your account, call the ITS Helpdesk at (630) 844-5790 for assistance. ITS will request identifying information such as the last four digits of your social security number to confirm your identity.
