If your students report they cannot view specific gradebook items, this typically indicates you have these items hidden from student view. To resolve this visibility issue, please follow these steps:
- Click Grades from your course navbar and then select the Manage Grades tab. Locate the relevant gradebook item and check for an eye icon with a slash through it, which indicates the item is hidden.
- To make the item visible, click on the down arrow to the left of the eye icon and select Make Visible to Users.
- Your students can now view their grades associated with the item.
