When students report that they cannot view specific gradebook items, this typically indicates that items are hidden from student view, and this can be resolved by adjusting visibility settings.
- Click Grades from your course navbar and then select the Manage Grades tab. Locate the relevant gradebook item and check for an eye icon with a slash through it, indicating the item is hidden.
- To make the item visible, click the down arrow to the left of the eye icon and select Make Visible to Users.
- Students can now view their grades associated with the item.
