Introduction
To randomize quiz questions, you need to create a questions library first. If you have not already created one, refer to the Manual Creation of Question Library guide, or the Import a Quiz or Exam Questions from a CSV into a Questions Library guide.
Randomize Quiz Questions
- Navigate to Quizzes from your course navbar, then click the Manage Quizzes tab. Select the quiz you want to randomize questions for.
- From the quiz settings, click the Create New button, then select Question Pool from the drop-down menu.
- From the "New Question Pool" pop-up, configure the question based on your preferences.
- Choose the questions you created by clicking on the Browse Question Library button which opens a menu with the questions in your library.
- You can choose which questions to include in the pool by clicking on the check box to the left of the question and then, click the Import button.
- The pool configuration page displays the specified number of questions from the library. Click the Save button.
- After saving, you are directed to the quiz settings, where the question pool displays. Once the quiz is configured, click the Save and Close button.
