Using the System in a Classroom

  1. Ensure the Logitech Group video conferencing system is powered on. A blue ring will illuminate on the base station of the system.
  2. Sign in to Zoom from the podium computer at aurora.zoom.us to start the Zoom session. For detailed instructions about signing in to Zoom, refer to the Zoom Quick Start guide.
  3. Before starting the Zoom meeting, open the video settings from the lower menu options in the Zoom window, and ensure the Logitech Group camera is selected.
  4. If you want to use the document camera located on the podium, ensure the document camera is powered on and change the camera input to the document camera. Click the up arrow next to the video button on the zoom toolbar and select the correct input.
