Colleague Access and Resources

Colleague UI

Ellucian Colleague is Aurora University’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. It supports institutional operations—including student records, finance, human resources, and financial aid and serves as the University’s official system of record. Access to Colleague is limited to employees whose roles require direct interaction with administrative data and processes.

Self-Service

Self-Service is the secure, web-based portal that allows students, faculty, and staff to view and manage their personal information stored in Colleague, such as registration, financial information, payroll, and other individualized records.

Ellucian Support

Ellucian provides product support for Colleague through the Ellucian Customer Center, a centralized online support portal. The Customer Center offers access to product documentation, knowledge articles, training resources, and Ellucian community forums. Access requires an individual user account and registration.
