To download a survey that you created within your course, you need to set up a report for the survey.
- First, click Content from the course navbar, then click the Manage Surveys tab to access the surveys. Click the survey name.
- Click the Reports Setup button, then click the Add Report button.
- From the "New Report" page, begin configuring the survey report based on your preferences.
- Be sure to release the report to your role as an Instructor. Click the Save button.
- Once you have configured the survey report, click the Save and close button. You will be directed to the "Edit Survey Reports Setup" page to get back to the "Manage Surveys" tab.
- Click the down arrow to the right of the survey name, and select Reports from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the name of the report to select from report generation options.
- Configure the report generation settings based on your preferences, selecting one of the options including CSV, Excel (XLSX), or HTML.
- Click Done once the file generates. The file will automatically download when generated.
