- To manually create a questions library, click Quizzes from your course navbar.
- Click the Question Library tab.
- Next, click the New button to begin selecting question types from the drop-down menu.
- After selecting questions, you will be directed to the question configuration page where you can create the questions.
- Once the questions are created, click the down arrow on the Save button, and then select Save and New from the drop-down menu.
