This guide walks you through creating and managing a OneDrive connection and knowledge base with StackAI. See the StackAI Setup Guides to create an agent to use.

1. Login Process
- Navigate to your Okta Account.
- Click on the StackAI SSO Login widget.
- Enter your Aurora University (AU) email address to log in.
2. Creating Your Connection and Knowledge Base
- On the left navbar, select Connections.
- Select + New Connection.
- Choose OneDrive (OAuth2). You may need to search for it.
- A new browser tab will open for OneDrive authentication.
- Authentication Steps:
- Check Consent on behalf of your organization.
- Accept the permissions.
- Now, on the left navbar, select Knowledge Bases.
- Select + New Knowledge Base and open the My Data # that was just created.
- Rename the knowledge base by selecting the title.
- Select Import from a Connection and choose your OneDrive (OAuth2).
- Review your OneDrive and choose files to use.
- Once complete, select Import Selected Files.
3. Manage Knowledge Base
If you ever need to make any changes to what files are shared to your knowledge base, follow these steps.
- Navigate to 'Knowledge Bases'
- Select the specific knowledge base you want to update.
- In the top right, select 'Change Files'
- You will see folders that say 'Contains selected items' or checked items that are already being shared from the knowledge base.
- Update Your Selection Add or remove files and folders by checking or unchecking them.
- Click 'Replace with selected files' when you're done selecting. The system will sync your changes. This may take a moment.
- Once syncing is complete, your updated knowledge base is ready to use.
