Exporting Course Files
- Navigate to Course Admin.
- Select Manage Files.
- Click the Select all items in Data Table button.
- Select Zip to compress the files (this process may take several minutes for larger courses).
- Once complete, you will receive a notification
in the top-right corner of Brightspace.
- Click the notification to access the zipped folder.
- Download the zipped folder to your computer.
Transferring to OneDrive
- Open the downloaded zip folder and extract the downloaded files to a location on your computer (note this location for the next steps).
- Access the Okta home page and select the Microsoft Office 365 OneDrive widget.
- Create a new folder in OneDrive to store your course files.
- Open the newly created folder.
- Drag and drop the extracted files from your computer to this OneDrive folder.
The course files stored in OneDrive can now be seamlessly integrated with StackAI, allowing for real-time modifications directly within OneDrive, without the need to re-upload files. This dynamic connection ensures all changes are automatically synchronized with your StackAI environment.
