Install the Desktop Version of Office

Download and Install Office 365 desktop applications:

  1. Sign in to your Okta account and click the Microsoft Office 365 Office Portal app.

  2. On the Office home page, Click Apps from the left navigation menu.
  3. Click Install Apps located in the upper right corner of the "Apps" page.
  4. Select Microsoft 365 Apps from the drop-down menu.
  5. Click Apps and Devices from the left navigation menu.
  6. Select Install Office.
  7. Save the installer and open it once the download is complete.
  8. Complete the installation by following the on-screen prompts.
  9. Once installed, sign in using your email address.
  10. You will be redirected to Okta for authentication. Enter your Okta login credentials to activate your Microsoft Office license.
