Download and Install Office 365 desktop applications:
- Sign in to your Okta account and click the Microsoft Office 365 Office Portal app.
- On the Office home page, Click Apps from the left navigation menu.
- Click Install Apps located in the upper right corner of the "Apps" page.
- Select Microsoft 365 Apps from the drop-down menu.
- Click Apps and Devices from the left navigation menu.
- Select Install Office.
- Save the installer and open it once the download is complete.
- Complete the installation by following the on-screen prompts.
- Once installed, sign in using your email address.
- You will be redirected to Okta for authentication. Enter your Okta login credentials to activate your Microsoft Office license.
