Joining a Zoom Meeting From A Link

This tutorial will demonstrate how to join a zoom meeting using a URL shared with you.

Step 1:

*NOTE: This tutorial requires the Zoom application. If you do not have this installed, please Click Here! 

Open the URL in Google Chrome or Firefox. Internet Explorer and Safari are not well supported

Step 2:

A pop-up will show up on your screen:

Click "Open Zoom"

Step 3:

You may see a screen asking for your name. This will be the name others in your group see. If you do not see this screen, the application will use the name associated with your account.

Step 4:

If this is a video meeting, you may join with video and audio or audio only.

Step 5:

You will be asked to allow zoom to use your computer's microphone to record audio. Please click "Join with Computer Audio"

Step 6:

You have now joined a Zoom meeting. You should be able to see and hear all other members of the meeting. If you do not, please refer to Zoom's troubleshooting guides:
