To create a signature:
- Copy the template below in its entirety.
- Log in to Outlook.
- For information on logging in, click here.
- Click the gear on the top navigation menu on the right side of the screen.
- Click "View all Outlook Settings" on the bottom right.
- Click "Compose and Reply" in the new window
- Paste the content into the text area.
- Make the modifications to the name, title, phone, and email address fields.
- Click "Save" on the top right.
