Informer is a reporting tool used to report the data from Colleague (Datatel). Below are the links to Informer:
There are two types of Informer users:
Report Launcher: Report launchers run reports that have been shared with them. The majority of Informer users fall into this group.
Report Writer: Report writers create reports. Writing reports in Informer requires knowledge of the Colleague files and fields and special training.
